2026年3月6日 07:00欧盟拟对非法枪支实施更严格的管控。制造、销售或持有非法枪支者将面临2至8年监禁，此规定同样适用于3D打印枪支及网络传播枪支制造图纸的行为。

欧盟指出大量枪支流失，盗窃枪支用于犯罪的现象普遍存在，欧洲每年因此丧生者众多。新技术与战争可能导致更多非法枪支流入欧洲。各国应设立专门机构，与他国协作共享非法枪支情报。
