据最新报道，欧盟监管机构正在准备一份初步调查结果，指控这家科技巨头刻意采用令人上瘾的设计手段，以使儿童沉迷于其社交媒体平台。 此举源于今年4月欧盟此前提出的指控，当时欧盟指控Meta违反科技法规，且未能阻止13岁以下儿童访问其网络。在收到专家小组的建议后，欧盟委员会目前正考虑于下月出台严格的新限制措施。
